NT I think my computer has a virus Vol. Need protection

What's the best free protection program out there?
And what do you guys use?
I think my computer has a virus.
I'm doing a scan right now to try and get it out.

I dont think it's from NT.
And i already have AVG and AdBlock.

When I'm viewing an article from MSN for example, random popups would come out of nowhere.

Just got my internet shut down today because of #NT virus, called internet provider and they turned it back on but they said I need a anti virus installed asap, I already had a bunch of anti virus software but none it was removing the trojan...just all the malware. So now my cpu is blacklisted.
I got norton anti virus installed now but My cpu still trying to send out emails, **!* is CRAZY!
