NT official Spring Summer Body TRANSFORMATION challenge March 1-June 1

I just want the weather to warm up so I can ride my bike around and shoot some hoops again. Maybe I'll sneak in some push ups here or there for a few weeks then retire for the summer 8)
 
I'm confused by the way some of y'all refer to "bulking." I don't think eating tons of crap and not working out at all is bulking... Maybe I'm wrong...
I've been eating more and getting bigger. thats a bulk to me cause I'm trying to gain regardless if i'm in the gym or not. Everyones metabolism is different. I can lose 10-15 pounds in a month easy but gaining is another story. 

But yea what rook said thats why i'm getting back in the gym again

5"10 around 190 lbs. When I had my physical a couple months ago, I was 194. I haven't gained any since then so I say I'm around 190 - 194. I'm shooting to be at 175 and see where I go from there. I'm gonna go until September.

As of now, I've been on my feet since 8 working, and I haven't eaten yet. I'm gonna try to keep my calorie intake just under 2000 calories.

Today's update: 5'10, 182 lbs, daily calorie intake is around 2000. I'll probably end up adding 200-300 more to each day. I also want to change my diet gradually towards Vegan. This might take a couple of years, but by the end of the year I am looking to be a full fledged pescatarian..

Looking to get my 8 pack going so I added a morning routine. The routine consists of 100 pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, curls (30 lbs each hand), lunges (30 lbs each hand), squats (30 lbs each hand), jump squats, leg raises. At night I do 80 burpees, three sets of 75 second planks, and 45 second intervals of mountain climbers, wall sits (with 45 lbs) and butt kicks.

It's good for those trying to shed weight in the abdomen and build some muscle.. Going to stick to this for years to come.

I'm 5'11 165 currently and i was 150 this past summer so i actually did pretty good in terms of putting on weight. Need to keep eating to get to around 175 then cut and get shredded for summer. I want to end my cut around 165

was at about 181 before the start of november. holidays hit, food always around, local gyms went to holiday hours, couldn't get there like I wanted. been working out solid for two weeks and have not lost a pound, got to get the diet in check.
 
I dropped 2 pants sizes in a little over a month since I started intermittent fasting. I try to keep my eating between noon and 8:00 or 9:00.

Just wanna cut up some more for the good weather, even if that means dropping to 160. I GOTTA consume more calories tho...
