NT official Spring Summer Body TRANSFORMATION challenge March 1-June 1

so what are the prizes? i feel like there should be prizes for best transformations.

6'1 223 Probably 20% BF-Feb 6

Goal is 195 10% BF by June 8

Starting weight is 200.

Gonna be eating around maintenance. Not looking to drop too much weight.
 
I'm fat as hell right now , bigger than I've ever been and I'm ready to make a change by starting a planet fitness membership Friday morning. I'm 5 7' 185 right now I'm trying to get back to my normal weight of 160. Will post pics Friday before my workout good luck to all you guys and let's all reach our goals !
 
Started lifting in January so I've already started my journey


I wasn't fat or anything ...just outta shape


6-7 weeks in and I feel great...can't wait to see where I'll be later this year
 
in this. 5foot 10 or 11(something like that) and 290 lbs (or more, maybe the scale stopped working :lol)

I stayed in shape cuz I was always in sports growing up.

I was never the going-to-the-gym type of guy.

Those of you in the know,

will you guys be posting tips on here?

What work outs to do and stuff we should be eating?

I need all the help I can get :lol :{

Will do but I feel like since we're all starting together we can help each other along the way.

I'm in for this thread. Will work best if we post summer-body diets to follow, and proper exercise routines as well.

Need a simple / cheat diet plan I can start following to cut weight. I NEVER eat breakfast or lunch for that matter. Just one or two large meals a day :{

Got down to 212 last summer and I done gained a nice chunk of it back :{

Back on the grind and will be back at that weight soon enough though
 
I'm 5'8" and about 135 lbs. I want to bulk a bit, while maintaining lean muscle. A Floyd Mayweather type of build would be ideal.
There is no way you are 135. Either you really 5'3 or you havent weighed yourself in a minute.
