Im korean and usually in korean families, the daily meal consists of rice with different side dishes and a soup of some kind and we can eat this every day honestly.

I always wondered and ask my friends this question too haha

this thread doesnt apply to my fam at all, were major outliers. Im danish and most of my life was spent in Africa so my food is hot as %+#@... homie tried to eat some one time and ended up puking while I just sat there and laughed
but we'll eat pretty much anything, if it taste good Im down. Only weird thing is that in Denmark pancakes are dinner. Theyre skinny and about as big as a plate, you put jelly and sugar in the middle and then roll it up, cut a slice off and eat it. I !@%+%%$ hate that *!@! though cuz my pops wants it once a week, Ill usually just skip dinner or eat something leftover from another night.
Oh and we eat a LOT of leftovers, nothing ever gets thrown out
