Like someone said there's a lot of overlap between white American and black American food especially in the South and regional areas like (New Orleans cooking).


The only diff I've noticed "superficially" and making a generalization is that white people cook and eat healthier.


Black American chicken=fried
White American chicken=baked

I have two huge boxes of rice from costco and a rice cooker.


I love making foods from other cultures (Asian, indian, Caribbean, Italian) cause Nigerian food is rocket science

Personally I eat whatever I want. We don't have different ethnic themes for each night
