LAFitness, any gym pass but I go to the one in Norwalk, not that previously Ballys @*%!.

$35/Month, and another $10 for the guest pass. Signed up the weekend before thanksgiving week, so I got a deal

 1. the homey's handshake must be LETHAL... i'm talking vice grips... breaking cement blocks and !%!#.

2. no sandusky, but i'm trying to get like that cuz i know my stroke game would A1, word to meek mills...chicks w/ that rump be 160+ lbs... i'd be HANDLING them yambs... tossing chica around like she's never been tossed before...

i dont have a certain gym...

just wake up, run a few miles, and hit some push ups and sit ups to start my day.

all body weight...

LA Fitness, only gym in my area with a basketball court besides the YMCA, and half the time that place is crawling with 8 year old kids.
