I dont know what to think about this trade.
I just hope to god this doesnt end up like the mulder/haren trade........While mulder did help a bit in 2006, he never amounted to what he did with oakland.
The problem i have now is how they will sign holliday if he bats over .300 to end the season and hits 20/80............We probably wont spend the money to signhim, but the lineup looks dope right now.
I thought they would put holliday ahead of albert and keep ludwick at cleanup........but i remembered we have derosa too.
I dont know what to think about this trade.

I hate the Cardinals, them getting Holliday only rejuvenates that passion of hatred.

You know this is the worst division in baseball when the sorry as Cubs are in first. The only thing I am surprised is that we won a game against the Phillies.We should have been swept. The Dodgers and Stos are going to beat the %!!$ out of us

7-14 this month yet only 3 games out of first. We desperately need another starting pitcher but I would prefer not to give up our our future(Escobar,Gamel) toget one. I won't give up hope, we got this, big 4 game series against the Nationals, time to get back in the race.
