**Official 2010 NY knicks pre-season thread** 10/6 vs T-wolves (PARIS) 2PM MSG/NBA TV

Random question:

How quickly would (if at all) would you forgive Isaiah if he was an integral factor in being able to trade for/sign Carmelo?

i wouldn't forgive him at all because if melo comes it's for dantoni, amare, and the city/financial opportunity

there is nothing zeke can offer that is more valuable than those 3 factors. i dont understand how he can "deliver" anybody. I think zeke is in dolan's ears saying that if he had a young black ex player it would be easier for him to relate to free agents. And that he could have delivered lebron if he was on board 100%. i don't really buy it. And the fact that the organization is pushing this false idea that isiah is responsible for amare is just sickening.

zeke never even acknowledged that he did a bad job in NYC. thats what drives me up the walls. he never shows remorse for what he did. he thinks he just inherited a bad team . im not into giving people 2nd chance when they dont even admit that they messed up the first time. its not even his 2nd chance it's like his 4th. how long did the CBA exist before isiah took charge?

If he's made GM gets a deal done for Paul where we don't lose AR and Gallo, then signs Melo, and then that team makes it to the finals next season Zeke will have an appreciation thread for his management skills not bball.

But that's unlikely so

The Pistons?! That team damn near ruined Allen Iverson. Yea, he was desperate.

I was actually, quietly, hoping he'd return to the Knicks this season to see what kind of form he may have returned too. Oh, well, another non-playoff year for McGrady this season.
