Watching us play is just difficult. Game after game, year after year..
When are we going to see some changes? I really think we'd be surprised at the talent we have on our team if we just addressed the QB issue.
This dude Alex Smith is awful, he's made us look bad for years. He can't put points up on the board, can't put a drive together. I've noticed over the years that our defense just looks tired out there around the 3rd quarter because our offense is going 3 and out damn near every time we get the ball. We ask our defense to do wayy too much, they arent going to win games for us being on the field 75% of the game.
Why dont we bite the bullet and take our chances making a deal for a solid QB? This whole Alex Smith thing has gone on entirely too long. He's not going to be a QB that leads us anywhere, and as bad as the NFC West was last year, 3 out of the 4 teams improved a great deal. Can you guess which one didn't?
Aside from our name being in the Asomugha sweepstakes, what else have we done this offseason?
Sundays have got to be the most anger-filled day of the week the past 10 years..

What solid QB did you want thats available?
What else have they done? Upgraded almost every position where they lost a FA.

Thats the problem. Our team (minus your boy) is good enough for us not to be the worst team in the league. We have talent all over the team (some elite talent). Even if the season goes south fast, we will not be worse than Buffalo or a couple other teams.
I will likely be booing ALex again next offseason because he will play like s*** for most of the season, and then have the best few game stretch of the year once we are out of playoff contention, and bump our draft position down 5 or so picks.
Just like every season.
