Harbaugh puts in work during the season, and Baalke does his work during the offseason

. It's crazy what 2 people can do to an organization in just 1 year.

Mario Manningham got $7.375 million from the 49ers

Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea.com has the details from his contract with the 49ers and that certainly did not happen. Manningham will make base salaries of $1.2 million and $3.6 million in his two years with the 49ers with a $2 million signing bonus this year. According to the report, $2.45 million of the salary is guaranteed.

QB Johnson's deal: two years for essentially $2 million

The 49ers signed quarterback Josh Johnson to a two-year deal that essentially is worth just under $2 million, according to a league source familiar with the contract. That includes a $350,000 signing bonus.

Johnson could earn as much as $1.5 million more in incentives. To reach that number, however, he would have to be the 49ers' starting quarterback and would have to play very, very well. The second year of the contract includes a per-game roster bonus that would pay Johnson $135,000 if he is on the active roster for every 49ers game.

The bottom line is that Johnson's is a modest deal that is similar to what a lot of NFL backups earn. David Carr, for instance, recently signed a one-year deal with the Giants for about $1 million. The Cowboys just signed Kyle Orton on a three-year deal reportedly worth $10.5 million.

Not bad on both deals... Manningham was cheaper than Morgan
