I looked at Ceasers also. Price for 3 days for a typical 2 bed suite goes for about $500+ which isn't bad at all.

Anybody thats stayed in Vegas major hotels, what's the best one? Price doesn't really matter, I just don't want to stay in some ****** hotel. I'll pay the price to stay at a nice hotel...just gotta talk my girl out of coming with me. hahahaha
You really can't go wrong staying at any of the big casinos on the strip.  All of them have nice rooms.

Canelo is only 22 years old, and Floyd is undefeated pound for pound champ del mundo at 36 years old who still has people who want to tarnish his legacy by diminishing his competition. Floyd needed this fight to shut people up. Even if Canelo loses this fight, he will have plenty of opportunities.

Sure, Floyd couldve fought anyone and made dough. He is his own brand/promoter, and regardless who he fought he would be making atleast $35 million. This fight goes beyond money.
I agree.  Mayweather took this fight to shut people up.   If this fight is even as close as the Cotto vs Mayweather fight was I think they will have a rematch next May.   Unless Canelo moves up and Mayweather decides to start working with Top Rank again neither of these guys have many options after this fight.

You should've said that from the start  now I agree with your original statement

Floyd took this fight bc its the easiest way to make him the most money. No other reason.

Floyd has shown time and time again he doesny care about critics.

The only ppl who think this is a difficult fight are the ppl who have believed the Canelo hype all along and are too embarressed to admit it was all hype in the firat place.

nothing he has done the last 5 fights has shown he is anywhere near an 'A' Fighter.

I agree.  Trout was the only decent fighter that he has ever faced.   Everybody else was B level fighters at best.   Canelo in my opinion is one of the most over hyped boxers of this generation.

And the sad part is most won't accept this fact until September 15th when they decide to discredit Floyd's victory

Floyd doesnt need to prove anything to me, I already know he is a great fighter and unbelievable tactician. I'm not particularly a fan of either fighter (havent been a fan of any sole fighter since Pernell Whitaker), but I would disagree that he doesn't care about his critics a couple of issues ago SI he talked about "respect" and inferred he doesn't get enough of it. I think winning this fight will solidify that. His critics will have no choice but to respect him. Thye will have nothing else to say.

Here are my 2 cents. Mayweather really surprised me by taking this fight when there were eaiser fights out there for him. Everyone saying that Canelo is going to get schooled is highly mistaking. Floyd is going to feel the extra weight ala cotto. Also Canelo showed better head movement and foot work against trout. If Canelo can get his conditioning right with the combination of his power Floyd won't have that 0 anymore. Should be a great fight

Going to have to disagree on this one.

I don't see why people are really that shocked this fight was made; he's going to earn the most money possible w/ this fight, and no BS is going to happen as Canelo is a Golden Boy fighter. May and Arum/Top Rank just don't do business, no matter how much the people want it.

Also I give Canelo only a punchers chance on this one. May said it best, if you have any weakness, he will exploit it. I will say Canelo's biggest weakness is taking rounds off, most likely due to conditioning. I don't see him being able to get that elite conditioning in just 1 training camp. He's had 42 professional fights and still doesn't have it. Another 8 week camp isn't going to do it, especially when he steps in the ring w/ the best. If Canelo can catch Mayweather (ala Mosley), he'll still need to have the tools to actually stop him. Mosley was unsuccessful twice.

May wins, UD in 12.

This fight really shouldn't have happen for another year or year and a half. No matter who either Canelo or may would of fought in that time period they would of stayed undefeated. Only way this fight makes sense is if Canelo wins and then they make a rematch for double the money. Mayweather has never been worked to the body to slow him down in the later rounds because opennents have been scrubs and because he's been to good. I think big emphasis for Canelo will be work the body throw the jab. You're right about the condition though and him taking rounds off. If Canelo can put in work on his condition he gets the W. If not he'll get a few good hits on mayweather but result will be the same, w for may.

Def agree on this from a business perspective. Personally, I think it'd do much better this coming Cinco de Mayo.

But who wants to hear people whining he's ducking Canelo for another 9 months? And like I said before, there really are no other legitimate options that fit the proper criteria. I am stoked the fight is signed

^ Haha, any signs of trouble and they say Floyd had a tough fight.

I could go as many as 4 rounds to Cotto if i was really, really, really being bias.

Enough with the "they should've waited a year talk..."

Canelo is still JUST 22 years old and GROWING, the man won't even make 154 at this time next year honestly.

On a side note, Floyd deserves props for shutting up the boxer writers who didn't believe he'd keep that Sept date.

In order for Canelo to work the body Mayweather has to be within range. I doubt he will be. He as the reach advantage by 4 inches and Canelo also doesn't have the foot speed to keep up with him. Canelo is not getting the W. He has way to many holes in his game. He's to easy to hit. Mayweather is going to pot shot him to death.

Def agreed with that. He does have leaks but he has some advantages in his favor that kinda nullify the leaks IMO. He's biggest detraction, again IMO will be his conditioning, he just can't make up for that. And it will readily be on display coming in the ring at 170 trying to chase down faster 150lb Floyd. Not to mention the amount of swing-and-a-miss attempts which takes even more energy out a fighter. By the 6th round, he'll be breathing out his mouth piece.

canelo is almost tailor made to get the breaks beaten off of him by floyd

he fights 30 seconds a round and is flat footed ,

and i think someone compared his boxing skills to cotto's lmfaooooo

Is Canelo's best fight against Trout? I mean a fight where he looked real good, showing his skills against decent competition. I saw the Trout fight but I wanna see some others to see what the hype is about. Seems like he just uses his extra weight and power as his advantage tho.
