Russ grabbing the board and pushing the ball up immediately definitely has its benefit. I don't watch enough OKC games but when Ricky grabs a board and sprints up the floor it creates a lot of mismatches because the defense doesn't get a chance to get set..It usually ends in a foul or a good shot for us
