Excuses.
It's a fact OKC is the 3rd worst 3 point shooting team in the league. And yet Russ is averaging 1 assist less than Beard.

Why did Curry get a vote?
Curry's +/- per 48 minutes this season compared to the other league leaders.

An assist is an assist, saying a 2 point assist is harder to get makes absolutely no sense, especially considering the highest percentage shot to take in basketball. It's a fact OKC is the 3rd worst 3 point shooting team in the league. And yet Russ is averaging 1 assist less than Beard.

What?
Educate me then, you're telling me floor spacing helps with getting assists? You don't understand basketball.
Let me ask you this. Do you truly believe curry deserves a vote and Westbrook doesn't?
most of y'all bron haters are way more irrational than the so called stans that y'all are in a war with.
I agree Houston has better shooters, everyone knows that. But saying Westbrook's assists should be more valued because of that is an excuse. What? It's about having actual shooters. Who would you rather be kicking the ball out to, Gordon or Roberson? Anderson or Sabonis? It's not even close.

Looks like our final scoreboard is: three votes for Harden (Oliver, Pelton, Gupta), one each for Kawhi (Alamar) and Curry (Engelmann) and a half vote for pre-injury Durant and Thomas (Maheswaran). Which means zero votes combined for Westbrook, James, CP3 and Jimmy Butler -- which, by the way, would make one hell of a pickup team.

Saying something is harder usually means it's less easier to execute, therefore "more valuable".He said nothing about it being more valued. He said it's harder which is irrefutable.
stop it

You're either trolling or confused at this point.

Reggie was better 1 yr.harden craps the bed when it matters most, in the post season. I've seen russ show up, he just got left hanging by his sidekick.
Never forget he got benched for the 4th wuarter of an elimination game and his team came back and won.
