And I was never suggesting the NFL is hurting they're obviously still the king by far as even if the interest has declined somewhat they're not really going to feel it.

I don't think the NBA has that luxury yet, or at the very least to that extent where they can afford to be turning fans away with this rest stuff. Fantasy basketball is nowhere near as popular as fantasy football and they already have issues with people tuning in since the 1st 3 months of the season runs concurrent with NFL and college football and then college basketball takes over March.
