Interestingly, Mikey Garcia recently said if Lomachenko doesn't move up to 135 to fight he'll move to 140 in 2018.
Linares will surely have people saying his chin is too dodgy to be the favorite against a power puncher like Garcia. However, I still think that's the fight to make considering Lomachenko said he would prefer to unify at 130 before moving up to 135.
Edit: Lomachenko said he prefers 130 because it's his natural weight.

He didn't have much of a choice because he started his career slow. Plus he is near his fight weight year round and most of his fights were not tough. So most of his fights were really stay busy fights.
