Embiid, Simmons, Covington, JJ Redick, and Fultz seem like a pretty good starting 5 in the East for me
Saric gonna be a great sixth man also

Two of those players haven't played a second in the NBA. One of them has only played 31 games.

Only 41 of the games are against eastern teams though. West stacked. Cavs gon be taking multiple Ls out there. Will probaly end up in the low 50s.

You can't see a 12 game improvement with the roster they have now in the Weak East
