The East could have stayed exactly the same and the Cavs were still going to come out of the East.The east is literally falling apart
Every team except the 76ers has gotten worse. Bucks might mess around and be a 3 seed next year if Otto leaves the Wizards.
None of the top 3-4 teams were effected. The bottom of the East playoff bracket got worse.

I'm going to need Hayward to choose Miami so Melo opens up to at least Boston so the East will be somewhat watchable.
