Has to be. Otto is a good player - max guy in today's NBA. However, the Wizards need a legit 3rd star/superstar to go along with Beal and Wall if they want to get serious about getting out of the East to lose in the Finals.

After the Wiz match this can the Nets offer max deals to both KCP and Noel or is there a limit to the amount of offer sheets to restricted players you can offer in one summer? One of these days the Nets are going to get one of these guys
