Some of y'all acting like the Wizards are really better than the Celtics

Celtics now have the better starting lineup, and the Wizards bench is just as atrocious as it was last year.

Who is saying the wizards are better than the celtics??????????

Celtics got saved by white Gordon

Lebby is prime to leave cleveland soon as well. They dominated the playoffs which was somewhat surprising but they didn't get any better and got older

Boston is sitting pretty again

I'm not buying it with the cavs. That defense was legit god awful, and they've only gotten older this offseason.

Playing LBJ that many regular season miinutes shouldn't work this time around.

The cavs are vulnerable. If LBJ comes back to the field just a little bit, and isn't Supernova GOAT type, the C's definitely can get em'.
this.

not only did LBJ get older, so did Klove (who can break down)

their bench got older (calderon) and whoever goes there on a vet minimum deal

how are they splitting minutes between korver, shump and JR?

dont sleep on the GH effect in boston, korver, shump or JR are not locking him up.

and LBJ might not even be around after next year

Boston fans don't need to answer to everyone downplaying what they have done. Put your manifestos together.

Been to the past 3 opening nights. Definitely locking up tickets again this year. Sat behind Bob Kraft last year.

exactly what have the Cavs done to get better?
They signed Jose Calderon
Extension to korver.
Locked down a PG who's 35 and a SG who's 36

Crazy Jose must really love the game. isn't he one of the NBA's richest players cause he founded a retail store chain right?

It's crazy to me that people are acting like the Cavs needed to make some huge jump forward to stay competitive in the East as if they werent already a mile ahead of teams in the east.  All teams are doing now is trying to catch up to the curve.

Cavs needed to improve on defense and get younger.

Regardless of them being ahead of the East, rolling out the same bums wasn't going to cut it against GSW. So they re-signed Korver and brought in Calderon.

Not much they can do with their cap situation

Absolutely no doubt, but it isn't like there was some magic wand they could waive to get a solid player for trash contracts in TT and JR.  They didnt have cap space so it wasnt like they could really sign anyone.  Regardless, they are still the best team in the east right now (barring the Celtics making a trade for a superstar)

They need to hire a better defensive coach because you cant develop as many terrible habits as they did during the regular season and except to turn it on 100% in the playoffs.
