Kobe wanted more role players, thus they got Pau and he stayed. Kyrie is basically making the Cavs choose between him and Lebron.

Cavs should trade Lebron and rebuild with Kyrie. Their window for a ring is def closed (if it wasn't closed before) if Kyrie goes. It's best for them to trade Lebron for young players and a ton of assests and let Kyrie be the man with a young roster. Can't risk Lebron leaving for nothing.
