This is hilarious and nobody is addressing it.

They really just dumped DDR like he wasn't **** :lol:

In the playoffs, when the games y'know actually MATTER, the truth was revealed;

When they made their run to close out the wizards, Where was Demar?

ON THE BENCH.

When they made their ill fated comeback against the cavs in game 3?

ON THE BENCH.

He basically no showed in the last 2 cav games.




You can't tell me he was the ebst player when time after time he was on the bench in critical situations. I like Demar personally, but I have ALWAYS maintained, he simply DOES NOT IMPACT WINNING. Maybe Pop can bring that out of him.

People keep talking about demar and the raptors like we should be so danm grateful he stayed, we drafted him, we overpayed him on his first contract, and he CHOSE to resign with us over playing with the bum *** tanking lakers who were going no where.

People act like he did us some tremendous favour or took massive discounts. He was MORE than fairly compensated for his services.

Leonard is better than DDR at every single thing. I don't think anybody would argue differently.

You can't win a title with DDR as your best or 2nd best player. It's not gunna happen.

I think people wanted DDR to be the food stamp version of Malone (not comparing players, I just mean an allstar caliber player playing for the same franchise for his entire career). But the Raptors knew they weren't going anywhere with him and shipped him out for literally the best package possible. I don't see how it's a bad move for Toronto. Some people were asking why not trade him for picks for your rebuild but who's giving up lottery picks for Derozen? Sac, Orlando or PHX? That would be 1000x worse than getting sent to San Antonio.

It just looks bad that you told DDR he wouldn't get traded a week ago and then proceeded to ship him out but oh well. That's the cost of doing business.

It all depends on Leonard's health but man I love that Raptors roster.

If they got a healthy Leonard, I think they're the best team in the East.
 
IMO Kawhi and his team have really put a dent in his reputation.

Highly doubt he sits, but perhaps he isn't as motivated and doesn't compete as hard as he could. Do the Lakers still believe in Kawhi and sign him based on the talent that he showcased in San Antonio? If he does a half-*** job in Toronto, how do the Lakers or any other suitors know he'll play to level(s) we know he's capable of?

IMO if i'm the Lakers you can't guarantee ****, especially if you're thinking of giving up key pieces in a years time. Kawhi is ruining his chances of going to play for LA.

He's stubbornness and trade demands has meant a big cloud now hangs over his head. What ever happened to just working hard and playing basketball? Now he has this reputation bearing weight on his shoulders. Does Uncle Dennis help with this? Can he?

He'll have to deal with this scrutiny and professionalism in Toronto and for any potential suitors going forward.

Spurs can sleep easy knowing they got DDR in return for a primadona who cannot speak his mind.

There's no doubt that Kawhi kills DDR in every aspect, but you can't teach effort or commitment and right now it's not just fans who question this about Kawhi, but League GMs and Execs. I am 100% sure DDR will give his 100%, and **** he even has Pop by his side. Who knows, maybe he can squeeze a bit more out of him.

I am a Spurs fan. I really don't care who won the trade or has leverage, but i'm all about the attitude of people on my team. Kawhi has handled this drama like a 10yr old kid and he's tarnishing his future and reputation. Glad the Spurs have cut ties.

That's really the only problem. How loyal a team is to you depends on your talent. Derozan ain't that type of talent.

buc em buc em is like an elite pornstar in S&T. He keeps getting his back blown out with these takes but he always comes back for more. So got damn prolific too. He might need to take a sabbatical.
