SGA is very lucky to be apart of a situation with that many veterans. Really has no load to carry, not too much being asked of him, where he can feel comfortable on both sides of the floor.

Sexton already being yelled at by his vets. He’s playing solid basketball too.

Trae is expected to revive Atlanta, but that’s an almost impossible task. Plus he got the ghost of Luka over him now and forever.

Unfair question given they all have different situations.

But if i have to pick, Shai, Trae, Sexton

Shai is the goods, Trae will eventually find is stride, maybe play more efficiently once he has actual teammates, but Sexton is trending towards that Reggie Jackson path and I want that away from my team.

Deandre is what everyone knew he was a lob catcher

Dallas knew he wouldn’t be a defensive anchor or else more teams would have wanted him and he would have gotten a long term deal

I think he’s fit seamlessly with Luka who’s already an exceptional lob thrower. It gives Luka much more room to operate in the paint and also keeps the defense guessing
