Celtics will easily be better than they were last year. Even with no marcus and Horford. There will be more peace and less contention. Game plans will actually be able to be ran and executed.

But to your point, the rest of the east got better so the celtics got worse by default. Their offense has been mid the past two seasons and they haven't done anything to improve it. Horford is a huge loss, they still don't have any playmakers and they're relying on a bunch of a rookies to produce. Recipe for mediocrity
