I've held meetings in hotel rooms with executives from Disney, Turner, NBA, CNN etc...but it was in Vegas and my office was in Ottawa.

You can get to change up the entire room to your liking, the TV, the presentation etc and there's this appeal to it that a conference room typically does not have. The food, the drinks, the sofas, the atmosphere etc...
