I’m 50/50, KD signs to another team. He’s gonna look like the old KD. KD signs to the Knicks, he’ll be worse than Bargnani some how. We’re cursed, we all have to accept it.
I can’t see KD opting in. I understand he could get 32 mil this year and rehab for a year, then get a max deal. I don’t think he wants to be around an organization and doctors that failed him.

I dont see it that way. If anything, this is a big F U to the Pelicans. That should drastically decrease the amount of interest he generates and the amount of assets a team might be willing to give.Bruh what sense does it make for him to come out and say something like this?

It also let's the Knicks and Lakers know, if they cant get a reasonable deal done (dont give the bank), dont deplete your team as I'm going to either team next year regardless.
