After thinking about it the Knicks should definitely go after Russell. Guys like that coming off rookie contracts don't usually become available. His market's dried up, there only seems like to the Wolves and Lakers depending on Kawhi. Good chance to get him maybe a little below his max and like 3 years so he can return to FA quicker.
