Utah furloughed their entire athletic department, including Whittingham and their AD.

Insider said it sounds like everything, training and practice, is now player run for the foreseeable future. Recruiting may be dead. Yikes.

One of their board posters said they "don't think it'll be a big deal, the headline is misleading and all it really is, is it's mandating unpaid leave for a period of time" (so... basically what a furlough is by definition lol) and he "expects the coaches and key employees to continue working in a 'volunteer capacity.'"

What he say?

He basically said white people need to do a lot Fing better. We have to be part of the solution and take a stand. How can we hear these stories of racism and injustice and act like they're not real... at which point he got emotional basically pleading with white people to do better. It was good to see.
