I feel the same way about football now. After all the social issues crept in with Kapernick, etc. Just reserved my viewing for the play offs when the excitement was higher.
I don't know the experience of every ballpark but going to games are fun without even caring about the game
I go to most Mariners games to drink, socialize and chill in the lounge like areas
I watch every Dodger game. I’ve started liking baseball more as I’ve gotten older. Going to a baseball game> going to football and basketball games
