Did he cost himself a lot of money or was he just not that good? He was a big, toolsy guy that was going to have to develop a LOT to reach his best outcome. Kayshon Boutte (for various reasons) didn’t hit that at LSU

That Maryland offense was good, and it’s not like he was paying around trash.

UMD’s problem much like PSU, is that they have talent in some places and glaring holes in others.
