The boost itself looks normal for Breds. Not sure why it has more dots on one shoe, but one of my pairs has a different dot pattern than the others (one pairs has a straight line of dots, the others have the cross shape of dots). Your box label and inner size tag are good. The sticker label is a good supporting info. You do have a size 5, so some of the proportions might look a little off, but I think based on other factors its legit.
I need to be 100% sure with these. Help a NTer out
You could give one more pic of the paper stuffed inside the shoe as supporting evidence.
Edit: Regarding the dots, I can see on the exposed area of boost near the forefoot of one of my pairs, there are a bunch of dots near each other similar to yours. Perhaps, depending on how they put the boost in the mold or how they glued your pair, it could cause some variation in the dot placement in the exposed heel area boost.
