Haven't had a grey pair of Air Forces since the Raspberry/Anthracites of the early 2000's.
Wanted to also use all the material options on one of the pairs...leather, patent, twill.
Simple and timeless for me.
College Grey, Black, Pearl White midsole & liner. Tiny pop of color on the heel. My old pager number from the 90's on the tongue tags.
Honeydew with pink bottoms. Mom & Pop's initials on the tongue tags.

I've learned my lesson on one thing. Next time you fine people say there is a new ID option up I'm going to look at it then and not weeks later once pairs get in hand. I can just return later.

just got these in the mail... happy to have these again in the collection since I had the original pair a decade ago... always loved these because they were related to Jay z black album when he wore these...just like my original pair these will be beaters though so I feel bad about that lol...I'm just going to wear them to work everyday and home... once I get to the office I swap out for my wallabees... shoulda got two pairs to have a fresh pair to wear on the weekends every now and then but now my size is gone oh well...

I don't have the Olive pair so can't compare... But, I got my normal AF1 size and they fit just like my other AF1's...

Rope Lace Supply can help you get the laces you want. I had to do it for my NBY pair once the options started running low.

Death, Taxes, and 1's creasing.
i don't mind canvas/twill creases. but looking at the college grey twill not i wonder how those washed pack ripoffs i made will look. i wonder if i can distress the twill or if its too light.

Would you say it has a similar feel/texture to like a canvas material? Zoom in it looks like blue Jean denim does up close but not actually being denim.
