This is just my humble opinion, but #2-7 are just nonsense that Jordan created to give "value" to the shoe, if you can call it that. It's called creating marketability for an already existing product. It's actually great marketing and great market research to understand the Jordan consumer blindly see's minute changes as "special".
To simplify it, nicer leather material is probably the most important aspect of the the AJ1 Banned. Everything else detailed is superfluous and is presented to the consumer to visualize added "value".
In no way am I trying to disprove your points as they are the actual differences, but I don't see those differences justifying triple or more of the resale price of regular Bred 1's.
It's not nonsense bcuz whether you like it or not, the Banned 1 is a collector's item. This is how it works with collector's items in any field. That's just the name of the game.
