Yeah I wouldn't mind finding a pair of 01 Royals myself, I like how the blue pops.

Yeah banneds are even though I struck out on the 2013 bred 1s I'm happy to at least have a pair of banneds.

I'm inclined to think '13 royals are harder to obtain the '01 royals. I love the type of royal blue they used for the '01's but

Indeed... Man I wish Nike at least would have made 2x the amount of pairs and do a rerelease. Hopefully in 2015. Can't be settling for KOs.

By the way, sorry off topic but thanks @lamekilla  and @RhInoSpOrt  . Picked these up at an outlet fortunately after you guys definitely convinced me to get them. 

I definitely need to go on the hunt for the Royal and Black/Red versions... Leather quality is insane.

geraldg2309 niceeeeeeeeeee tiempos! Yeah the leather quality is really nice and thick. Def a nice beat around shoe.

As far as royals and all the OG colored 1's we saw last year I don't think Nike will rerelease them for a while, especially knowing the demand for them they'll keep those locked away for the next 10 or so years as an ace in the hole probably. As far as the 30th anniversary next year they'll prob give us 1's that we didn't get last year in OG form like the Chicago's and the UNC's but I feel like the metallic series needs to be done justice. Imagine the chaos over obtaining all the colors ....black metallics

....OG lows???

Yessir! I would recommend a gentle application of conditioner. Really helps optimize the shoe's leather.
