Is it just me or 2015 pairs different and probably better than 2017-2018 pairs? I feel like they changed the panels where the laces go and they’re putting even less padding on the tongues now.

They were cool, but I was never that big of a fan of the Satins. For me, I've only been a fan of "shiny" 1s if they were black/gold/white. Something about those colors and the shoes being shiny works in my mind. Never owned the older black and gold patent 1s, but they were clean as hell.
