My SH order I placed on 12/22 hasn't updated tracking since "international shipment release" in Memphis on 12/30.

VAT is tax where we ordered from, in my case:Germany.

Customs Fee is a fee that the US government charges us for importing goods from foreign countries.

If the threshold is $200, how much of a fee can be expected domestically?

I contacted FedEx and they told me its still in the "bun cage" and its being examined by US Customs.
