See this is why whenever I do overseas orders I only buy one pair at a time. Then do a second order and just pay the shipping again. No customs hits...

lol dont do this on CrookedTongues... they consolidated my order for OLY VIIs over the summer... i was lucky to avoid massive fees.

Have they taken the money from your cc? Those guys like to cancel orders and not tell you anything. I ordered on the 28th in december and realized my order got cancelled the 6th

UnDSing a pair of XIs tomorrow night for my birthday. Seems like as good a time as any, i suppose 
Went out last night with the guys for a little pregame casino run and sloshed around in the rain for awhile in my Thunders. They held up well... Though I must admit the SofSole Water Repellent has been my go-to sneaker defender for YEARS now. Can't live without it

It's UPS, no one can tell you for sure. What is so hard to grasp about this concept?
Our government taxes products imported to the states. Customs is the agency that handles this and like any government agency they are more focused on illegal drugs and weapons to catch everything that should be taxed. Depending on your shipping carrier they add on additional fees as a handling charge. Import duties depend on the declared value of the package, country of origin, country of manufacture, what materials are used, what the manufacture classifies the item as, etc. etc.
NO ONE CAN TELL YOU IF YOU WILL BE CHARGED OR HOW MUCH!
They can tell you how much they were charged for, if they where charged, and all the other variables that apply. You can call DHL and get an estimate or you can sign up on FedEx (its free but you have to sign up)and they have a customs duties estimator.
If the shipping companies can't give you an exact amount and they do this for a living, certainly none of us can either.

Agree with jackstacks as I thought it was consensus throughout the thread no one has an exact answer on the customs fee but what I see is that a lot of the ones that get verified in Lexington kentucky get customs fees

That's not the reason. I already have my NDC order, so I'm not in need. But it would be nice to know where the damn shoes were. I'm trying to help some people out with pairs and its taking too damn long. Got a trade lined up for this pair, which would than go to a NT'er, but I'm afraid my trade could fall through if these shoes don't get here!
I'm realistic with overseas orders, but damn, not knowing where the shoes are is kind of annoying. Took me 4 weeks to get my WC IV's from snipes, so I know the deal.

if im not mistaken ups charges customs fees at the door not a bill at a later time a la fedex
so if you do get fees you have to pay the driver or he will mail them back
