That Angela Yee video is just them playing around. It's a game I used to play too. When you know somebody is about to do something you yell at them, telling them to do it. And they kinda...have to do it. Like...she was getting out the car anyway.

I used to run up ahead when I was leaving a store with my friends and be like "HURRY THE **** UP AND GET OUT THE STORE." They're not just going to stay in the store.
