Its the back wall of all the stuff sorted by size, generally they throw up the stuff that they don't have many of left and prices are pretty variable. Ifyou have ever been to an outlet you will know when you see it. I usually hit that first whenever I go- of course there is nothing at the NJ one I go to anywaylol

hash is if an outlet gets shipments of shoes less than say 10 pairs, not enough to fill in bins. also when the bins get low those shoes hit the hash wall. notnecessarily returns or anything.
