I know. Calm down
and I love Forza

Forza>>>Gran Turismo

Man G4 is riding that Smart Glass hard, saying it's going to trump Nintendo's plans. So, in order for me to fully experience SmartGlass, I would need to buy Kinect, and a tablet or smartphone? OK, so I have all that and decide to play Madden. I want to draw up a play...so I pause the game, pick up my tablet, draw the play, put down my tablet, then pick up my control to go back to the game

. Sounds wack and tedious to me. And there is no guarantee that every game is going to support those tablets. Personally, I think the Wii U sounds like a better idea. At least I know every game is going to be supported.

 whaaat?

I didn't really look much at it, thought they were releasing a tablet like controller similar to Wii-U's, didn't know that it was your own tablet or smartphone, and required Kinect.

+!%$ that.

Anyway I'm excited/interested for Nintendo's conference tomorrow. Hopefully they can deliver.

Even though I've never played Forza, I dont have a hard time believing this. GT tries so hard, but they just cant get it exactly right.

^ Lol yeah man...sounds like a big hassle. And on top of that, if you use the tablet to play those games it's going to be even more wack. No buttons, d-pad or joystick. No thanks, I'd rather play with buttons.

I was a huge fan of GT up until GT3. Once I got a taste of Forza (Even the first one was miles ahead of GT in terms of Physics, multiplayer, modification options, etc.) Don't get me wrong, GT5 has amazing graphics (except on the cars that were just transfered from previous games, ew) but that's honestly all I like about the game. It looks amazing but it gets boring quick, and playing it with a controller is not satisfying at all. Damn near impossibru, and I pride myself on being good at racing games.

. If you have a G25/G27 or any other decent full 900* wheel setup, then the game completely changes. It truly becomes a driving simulator, and it adds a whole new level of realism to the game that makes you want to keep playing.
Forza Horizon is pretty much everyones wish come true. We'll just have to wait and see how the physics turn out. I have a feeling they will dumb down the physics and make it more arcade like just to appeal to the casual gamer. If they do end up doing that then I see no point to the game because I could just go play TDU2.

Microsoft is trying to cut off Nintendo's edge from the outset with that Smart Glass thing. They don't want to be caught off guard like they were with the Wii's interactive ability last generation. But it seems like they saw what Nintendo had planned last year and have spent the past year trying to compete, which doesn't sound like a successful strategy. Nintendo has been refining their idea since around 2008 (source on Wikipedia).

And Watch Dogs.  All look great.  Wonderbook looks like it is supposed to be marketed toward kids.  So if we put that aside what did you really expect from Sony.  GOW looks great so does Last of us and Beyond.  That basically made it a good showing in my eyes.  No new console so i was only expecting a few games and i wasn't expected to be blown away.

The only real OMG moment i had was Watch Dogs.  That footage (even though probably on a PC) was fantastic

I feel asleep towards the end of the Sony conference.  I was half asleep and thought that Last of Us was a new Uncharted game

.  I was wondering why Drake was looking haggard with a beard and why he was hanging with that girl.  I liked Heavy Rain a lot so i'm interested in playing Beyond.
Watch Dogs looks interesting.  Glad Ubisoft has a new title.

1313 looks great as well.
That gameplay is def on PC though, and I will be getting that for PC more than likely

theoretically, smart glass can work with any tablet or smartphone, considering its basically an app that developers would make along with their games. you'd probably just go to the android app store or the iphone app store and buy the app for a few bucks. The reason it would be bad for nintendo is because with the wii u, you only get 1 of those big tablets and it can only serve 1 purpose. Where as smartglass, is essentially an app. So say youre playing madden and you have your phone right next to you like most people do. You launch the smart glass madded app and go to draw a play, and there you go

Now, the streaming of movies from your xbox and picking up the same place on ur phone or tablet, would probably only be used on windows 8 tablets and phones. But the other stuff should be available cross platform.

it seems the new trend for consoles is to have a "second screen", as a cmpanion along with ur Tv. Sony is going to try and push the Vita as that, and nintendo has the wii u tablet. But its alot cheaper microsofts way, since you probably already have a smartphone

Man Watch Dogs has me excited along with Last of Us. I hope Nintendo brings it for the Hardcore and no more of this Causal junk... but who am I kidding? More causal and more nostalgia baiting. I pray to some deity that I'm SUPER wrong and we get a new IP from them.

I'm expecting from Nintendo: Mario, Zelda and Pikmon.
