Your club secretly paid the VP of the referee committee millions with either the overt or implicit intent of getting favorable decisions.
No one with an actual brain believes those payments were for a legitimate purpose. Negreira evidently just gladly took the money and didn't really do anything, but it's still pretty obvious that all that money was meant as some form of lobbying, which appears to not have had any clear results.

even uefa who is trying desparately to punish all superleague clubs couldn't find evidence
even tebas who hates barca openly and publicly for ruining his deal couldn't find evidence

It's in court documents that Barcelona paid 7m to Negreira's company and Laporta admitted the payments took place.
That is not and never has been in question.

I agree that from what I can tell based on all the reporting etc, it appears Negreira never ended up pursuing the influencing of referee decisions, much less actual match-fixing.

That information was initially dug up by Catalan reporters, the case isn't even closed, but you guys are going skate regardless.

it’s a catalan newspaper based out of madrid if that makes sense
