No Ned hasn't told that story. In the books he had a dream about it after his fight with Jamie and the KG in KL, but he hasn't said anything specific about the tower of joy in the show. GoT is a major tentpole for HBO. If the demand is there, they can definitely commission another GoT-related show after this is over.

Someone mentioned a flashback of Jamie killing the mad king, but doesn't it look like someone is stabbing someone in the back in the trailer? Its just a shadow and it could obviously be someone else so who knows.

A Robert's Rebellion mini series or movie or something would be dope. Hell I'd take the Conquest, the Dance, etc. as well. Tons of material to milk this thing if they do it right. D&D seem to appreciate the text.

Forget a show, bring it to the big screen and make it 3 hours long....movie with the budget >>>>> LOTRs joint would be too ill, Targheryans riding dragons, see more Giants, maybe even the beginning of the white walkers, the rebellion, the mad king burning bodies left and right....joint would be GOAT.
