Yeah and they probably will. There is so much backstory to ASOIAF. Robert's Rebellion mini-series, Aegon The Conqueror's campaign, Dunk & Egg mini-series. A lot of possibilities.

Yeah, Tormund has a story about smashing a female bear. Although, there's a lot of conspiracy theories about that (ie, he smashed a warg Mormont woman).

I was in on GOT since I first heard about (even though I was unfamiliar with the books) and it has just gotten better and better. It's like watching a good, short movie every week for 10 weeks. (Only problem is that it's only 10 weeks )

The show really messed up Stannis. The actor playing him was great but the writing was terrible. Stannis has a dry but funny sense of humor in the books and doesn't take anybody's ****.

I have been listening to podcasts where they talk about the blackfyre rebellions, and there is so much info that it is lowkey overwhelming.

It is utterly amazing to me that creatives like GRRM,Tolkien,etc can imagine such worlds with this much depth and consistency.

Blackfyre Rebellion is huge in the story and is more than likely still relevant in the most recent era in the books (if you believe a lot of the popular theories). The Dance of the Dragons is another major plotline in the history of Westeros. HBO could do another show, mini-series, movies. Lots of possibilities, lots of material.
