It's still a rumor.

Unless R* announces it themselves on their news wire website or on their twitter account I don't believe what other people claim or report.

But I honestly think a PC version won't be announced until next spring and won't be out till summer 2014.

PS4 & Xbone version of GTA V.I wouldn't get my hopes up for it.

There won't be enough garages in this game.

R* mentioned in a interview that if you lose a car that you have spent a grip of money on customizing & tricking out that there are impound lots in the game and you can pay to get it back.

But of course there is probably the option where you can break into the place and just jack your car back

I already know that I'm gonns spend a ton of time on weapon and car customization... I spend a lot of time on GTAIV and TBoGT trying to build a collection of all the rare super cars in the game...
