Official Houston Rockets Off-Season Welcome Marcus, Motiejunas, and Flynn

Yeah hopefully we play better at OKC this time than we did last time even though we still won.
Also, when is AB coming back?

The Rockets don't need Landry right now. They need a franchise player. Adding Landry is just adding more depth on the bench. Of course Morey would be smart enough not to just sign him without involving other teams in a trade.

Not sure when AB is coming back. Thought he was ready to play. And Yao wanting to come back early too.

Yeah I'm with nicedude, at this point this franchise needs a star. You can have all the damn depth you want but if you don't have that go to player to carry and close out games
for you then what does it matter.

As far as Yao and AB, no one can say for sure. The Rockets aren't really giving out any info on Yao. And AB might be back next week, he has been practicing but he says his ankle
is still weak.
Yao has stress fracture in ankle
Yao has been out since Nov. 10 with what has been called a bone bruise in the same ankle. An MRI performed Thursday revealed the stress fracture.

The team says there is no timetable for his return.

It’s a major setback for the 7-foot-6 Yao, a seven-time All-Star, who sat out all of last season after surgery to repair his broken left foot.

Yao averaged 10.2 points and 5.4 rebounds a game in his five games this season.

No way you sign Yao next year, move on and let's start a new era of Rockets basketball.
