Nice to see J. Hill give us some shot blocking.

And .500 is possible, but that schedule is January is brutal

Went to the game tonite. It was good to see Martin healthy and doing what he does best. The Kings surely miss him.

Scola abused Lee in the post.

Brooks still looking rusty out there, but he'll be fine.

Nice little winning streak.

Let's go get another W!!!

I'll have to watch the game tomorrow after I've hopefully gotten my hands on a pair of cool greys.

Rockets looking to trade Yao

By Adrian Wojnarowski, Yahoo! Sports

After years of patience and a willingness to wait out injury uponinjury with their franchise star, the Houston Rockets are engaged intrade discussions about center Yao Ming with several teams, leaguesources told Yahoo! Sports.

The lure of acquiring Yao for potential suitors is the $8 million insavings that insurance will provide for his $17.7 million expiringcontract this season. Some teams are considering re-signing Yao on ashort-term deal with hopes of restoring him to playing health, whileothers see his contract as a cost-saving measure.

Once one of the dominant players in the NBA, Yao, 30, will miss therest of the season with a stress fracture in his left ankle. There areserious questions about his ability to return to the NBA on a full-timebasis.

The Rockets are dangling Yao to acquire a good young player with anupside, if not an established talent. Despite offering Yao in trades, the Rockets haven’t ruled out the possibility of re-signing him to ashort-term contract extension.

If Yao has surgery to repair the stress fracture, it would keep him out10 months. After missing just two regular season games in his firstthree NBA seasons, Yao has missed at least 25 games in five of the pastsix seasons. He’s played just five games the past two seasons. From abroken leg to stress fractures in his feet, Yao’s lower extremitieshave struggled to support his 7-foot-6 frame.

So we go up against the Heat tonight...........

I feel like only a select few of us even keep track of the season now.
