1 hour. This by far beats any workout from month 1 if done properly. It was draining but feels good when you finish

Powe Knees = 84
Power Jumps = 46
Globe Jumps = 10
Suicide Jumps =14
Push-Up Jacks = 32
Low Plank Oblique = 44

Power Knees = 110

And yes, I do believe the Cardio-Pylo Circuit Training is draining. I feel like it's easier for me to sprint up hill now, I feel more explosive than what I used to be (Like Highschool days)

I can dunk?... but I think that's irrelevant though because i've always could dunk.
