switch kicks- 82 (41 if counted as a pair)
power jacks- 52
power knees- 70
power jumps- 31 (my thighs were giving up after this exercise)
globe jumps- 8
suicide jumps- 15
pushup jacks- 27
low plank oblique- 52

Yup. Like I said in my first post. Every 2 kicks is ONE set. So if you counted every kick (100) then you actually did 50 sets.

I did my 3rd workout of the first month on Wednesday. I did not do the fit test on day 1 but did core cardio instead. I did a fit test in January but forgot to write it down.

Here are my numbers for my fit test 1 and fit test 2 back in november when I only did 1 month

this intrigues me.

is insanity a bit too tough for someone that isnt in great shape to begin with?

im fairly fat and out of shape and need something to kinda kickstart me to get in shape. My weekly exercise regimen consists of maybe 1-2 days of light lifting for 30-45 minutes, and 1-3 days of light jogging for about 30 min (2-4 miles at approx 9 min mile pace).

will my body quit and breakdown before I even get started?
