Got mine online at Oqium Rotterdam (oquium.nl), paid 180 Euro (about 260 US $), shipmentincluded, and I should be getting the shoes in a couple days (shouldn't take too long, The Netherlands and Italy are relatively close and the shoes wereshipped today).
