EDIT:

Here's a possible commemorative shoe they could do . . .

I would then have a gold trophy stiched on the heel tab and the word finals where witness and believe have been at the heel.

1. Any ideas of what I should do about this top piece? Super glue it? Or ist here a good shoe glue that will hold it? Or take to shoe repair and have them try to sew it somehow?
