Mine still says started too, CT probably won't start shipping until Monday I bet, so guess we just have to be patient on this one, CT is my only hope that they don't cancel my order(s).

20th of july for black suedes i heard.. i tihnk the price on the hazelnut and black suede is higher than the denims.  £199 for hazelnut, denims were 140.. guessing black suede will be the same as the hazelnut.
